With over 30 years dedicated to yakitori, including 22 years of training at specialty shops, owner Satoshi Takada carefully grills authentic skewers over charcoal. From classics like kawa (crispy chicken skin), kimo (liver), zuri (gizzard), and negima (chicken & scallion) to unique options like fluffy tsukune (chicken meatballs) and soba noodles wrapped in meat, the menu is full of variety. You can also enjoy oden (Japanese hot pot) and daily side dishes, making it a perfect stop during your sightseeing in Izumisano.
