“Totteoki no Ongakusai in Rinku Osaka 2026” is a welcoming, multi-genre music festival held across the open waterfront area of Rinku, just across from Kansai International Airport.

With stages spread across several venues, the event brings together people of all backgrounds through music. It promotes a “barrier-free” spirit—where everyone, regardless of ability, nationality, or age, can enjoy the same space together.
