Inside the restaurant, a large fish tank allows guests to observe live fish and shellfish up close, adding to the authentic seafood dining experience. In particular, seafood prepared using the traditional ikejime technique (a nerve-tightening method to preserve freshness) offers a richer flavor and superior texture.
Thanks to state-of-the-art refrigeration technology, the restaurant ensures fresh seafood availability throughout the year.
If you’re lucky, you might catch an exhilarating live fish-cutting show performed by the owner in the open kitchen! (Held on an irregular basis.)
The restaurant also offers an indoor grilling area, and starting from mid-April, an outdoor BBQ facility will be available. Here, guests can select fresh seafood and grill it themselves, creating a one-of-a-kind seafood dining experience!
