IchigoLab Izumisano is the first strawberry-picking farm in Izumisano City, opened in 2022. Located in a modern greenhouse, it offers an exciting 40-minute all-you-can-eat experience. Run by Takato Kamo, a passionate soccer fan, the farm uses advanced environmental control techniques. Takato applied his knowledge in environmental control to develop a remote system for managing CO2 levels and temperature. By using a unique ventilation system, he optimizes photosynthesis, growing large, sweet strawberries.
Depending on the season, visitors can enjoy a variety of strawberries, including Hoshiurara, Beni Hoppe, Yotsuboshi, and Oi-C Berry. The available varieties may vary, so each visit offers a different tasting experience. Come and find your favorite strawberry variety!
