🎬 Izumisano Film Festival Vol. 3 – November 7–8, 2026

Izumisano Film Festival Vol. 3 will take place on November 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun) at Ebuno Izuminomori Hall!
This year’s festival features a diverse program, including screenings of popular films, special guest talks, and films created through hands-on filmmaking workshops.
More than just watching movies, it’s a two-day event where filmmakers and audiences can connect and experience the world of cinema up close. ✨

🎞From Popular Hits and Classics to Emerging Filmmakers
This year’s lineup includes the much-talked-about 2025 film Kokuho, along with Josee, the Tiger and the Fish, Sweet Bean, and Night Flower. Selected screenings will also feature special talks with directors, cast members, and other guests.
A special program titled “The Era of Great Stars” will spotlight renowned Japanese actress Chieko Baisho, featuring screenings of her films and a special talk session.
The festival will also showcase short films by emerging directors and completed works from Izumisano Film College 2026, where children learned from filmmaking professionals and worked together to create their own films.
