Established in 1921, Kitashoji Sake Brewery is the sole sake producer in Izumisano, located in the scenic area of Hineno-no-sho, a Japan Heritage site. Committed to craftsmanship over mass production, its dedicated five-member team brews sake entirely by hand, earning awards in national competitions. The on-site shop offers the opportunity to purchase their sake, and on weekends, the Kuramoto Café provides a unique experience with sake-infused meals, sweets, and drinks.
