On October 5, 2025 (Sunday), the Kansai International Airport will once again host the KIX International Exchange Dragon Boat Race.
As one of Japan’s three premier dragon boat races, this distinguished international sporting event offers a rare opportunity for participants of all ages, genders, and nationalities to unite as one team and share in the spirit of cultural exchange.
Even first-time participants are warmly welcomed, and international teams are especially encouraged to join.
Set against the dramatic backdrop of airplanes taking off and landing over the sea, this race provides a truly unique setting found nowhere else in the world. Through the intensity of the competition, you will experience both the exhilaration of teamwork and the joy of international friendship.
