The seasonal harvest of Mizu Nasu, a juicy and tender eggplant unique to the Senshu region in Osaka, has officially begun!
Celebrate this year’s “Hatsumon,” the first taste of the season, at the Mizunasu Eggplant Festival!

🍆 Enjoy Mizu Nasu in pickles, bread, rice dishes, sweets, and more!
🏷️ Discover exclusive event-only goods such as local ceramics, Senshu towels, and handmade crafts!
🧑‍🏫 Join hands-on workshops featuring fermentation, rice bran (nuka), and traditional crafts!
