“The Special Music Festival” started in Sendai in 2001 and has been held in Izumisano City since 2018. The festival aims to create a barrier-free environment for the heart by enjoying music regardless of disabilities, and it features performers from overseas, transcending nationality and culture. On the same day, the Special Art Exhibition is also held.
