Founded in 1926, Fukuroya Towel is a long-established manufacturer based in Izumisano, in Osaka’s Senshu region — known as the birthplace of Japan’s famous Senshu Towels.
Built on craftsmanship refined over many years, the company continues to create new kinds of towels that fit modern lifestyles while carefully honoring the natural qualities of each material.

Their collection features unique towels inspired by local culture and materials.
The “Shizuku – SHIZUKU” series is dyed using vegetables grown in the Senshu region, such as Mizu Nasu eggplant and onions.

Other items include gift towels dyed with wine, craft beer, and matcha, as well as the “Nihon no Tatazumai” series inspired by traditional Japanese patterns.

Another highlight is the “washi matou” series, featuring waffle-textured towel fabric with Japanese washi paper woven into the material.
Its three-dimensional weave provides a soft, airy feel along with excellent absorbency and breathability.
Each product reflects the unique character of its materials and the thoughtful creativity behind the design.

Located about a 9-minute walk from Izumisano Station and only a short train ride from Kansai International Airport, the factory is an easy stop during your journey.
Senshu Towels, produced in this region for over 130 years, are known throughout Japan for their exceptional softness and absorbency.
