In February, special “Matsunami Cabbage” dishes created by local high school students in Izumisano City are refined and elevated by the Executive Chef.
In March, new menu items featuring locally grown Mizu Nasu eggplant will also be introduced.

Guests who reserve for Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will receive a complimentary towel handkerchief
“Shizuku – SHIZUKU” by Fukuroya Towel.
These towels are dyed using the “drops” (shizuku) of locally grown vegetables from the Senshu region of Osaka.
February: Cabbage-dyed
March: Mizu Nasu eggplant-dyed
